An

program
for
people
who
have
problems
with
reading
and
writing.
Inter_Comm
software
works
seamlessly
with
the
Writing
With
Symbols
2000
program.
This
combination
allows
the
user
to
address,
write,
send,
receive,
and
read
emails,
using
symbols
and
photos.
All
functions
are
switch
accessible.
Users
open
Inter_Comm
and
log
on
to
email
by
clicking
n
their
own
photograph.
The
user
is
then
able
to:
- read
incoming
mail.
Incoming
mail
may
be
automatically
converted
into
symbols
for
easy
reading.
- address
an
email
by
clicking
on
a
photograph
or
symbol
of
the
recipient.
- compose
email
by
clicking
on
pictures.
- send
email
with
a
click.
Recipients
will
receive
email
as
text
unless
they
have
Writing
with
Symbols
and
Inter_Comm
which
allows
email
to
be
received
in
text
and
pictures.
Inter_Comm
allows
multiple
users
t
have
their
own
screen
name.
If
privacy
is
an
issue,
passwords
consisting
of
simple
picture
sequences
can
be
assigned
to
each
user.
To
use
Inter_Comm
you
need:
- Writing
with
Symbols
software.
- An
email
account.
- familiarity
with
setting
up
an
account.
- a
digital
camera
or
scanner
if
you
wish
t
use
photos.
- Windows
95
or
higher.
The
address
book
can
be
set
up
as
a
set
of
photographs
and/or
"person's"
symbol
to
enable
the
user
to
choose
a
recipient
for
the
email.
Click
on
the
dial-up
icon
to
send
and
receive
email.
