The Early Vocabulary Development Series

First Words, First Words II and First Verbs help adults and children with special needs master essential early vocabulary. These programs offer the consistent, focused, supportive learning environment that many people with disabilities require to acquire an initial vocabulary.
The Early Vocabulary Development Series provide highly structured tutorial training of 100 early developing nouns and 40 verbs. Words are presented in isolation or with one other picture on the screen.
Six levels of instruction, a variety of customized features, and built-in accessibility allow you to tailor lessons for adults and children with a wide range of learning styles. You can create customized lessons by choosing the specific words you want the person to learn.

First Words - uses colorful pictures, an encouraging voice, and the lovable Blob to teach and test 50 of the earliest developing nouns within 10 categories. Each noun is represented by two illustrations.
First Words II - continues the training started by First Words. You'll find the same carefully thought-out design and format as First Word but a different creature, Breaker and new pictures to teach 50 more basic nouns.
First Verbs- Learning verbs is more difficult than learning nouns. This unique program makes verb training much easier. First Verbs teaches 40 verbs, each represented by two animated pictures that show the verb action.
