Learn About Life Curriculum

Learn About Life is an illustrated sexual education and social skills program. With candid graphics and simple text, it's an ideal way to help below level readers understand sexual issues.
The instructor's guide has six chapters:

• Your Body, My Body,
• Being a Women,
• Being a Man,
• Having a Baby,
• Be Smart, Be Safe,
• Relationships.

Each chapter provides up to eight lessons, 40 in all. The lessons detail objectives, teaching suggestions, key words, and related concepts. Supplemental topics, like Cesarean birth or condom use, are integrated into relevant lessons.
Student Resources feature six laminated, full-color booklets that correspond to chapters in the instructor's guide. All concepts are clearly illustrated with realistic, to-the-point pictures. Cover-up stickers will let you edit material as needed. Thirty-six supplemental black and white pictures expand the concepts presented in the booklets.
