BeCool® was developed to nourish the key elements of emotional intelligence: impulse control, empathy, and self awareness. There are six different programs designed for 5 different grade (school age) levels.

Being With People® teaches the essential skills needed to establish positive relations with friends, dates, housemates, authority figures, strangers and much, more. Being With People teaches over 100 essential "people skills" that promote graceful social interaction.

Discovering LIFE SKILLS with Special Needs Groups - Volume 4 developed by the YWCA of Greater Toronto, the Discovering LIFE SKILLS with Special Needs Groups is part of their 8 volume Life Skills Series. Volume 4 includes a wide variety of life skills lessons that are suitable for variety of participant groups including persons with "special needs". Materials and techniques from a broad range of coaches and leaders were brought together to form this resource.

104 Activities That Build: Self-Esteem, Teamwork, Communication, Anger Management, Self-Discovery and Coping Skills can be used to encourage people to modify their behaviour, increase interactions with others, start discussions, address issues and build relationships by playing games.

The Family Virtues Guide is not about the practices or beliefs of any one faith but is sourced in the virtues which are common elements of spirituality found in all sacred traditions. The Family Virtues Guide gives adults and children the tools for spiritual and moral growth.
