Planning tools A Good Life: for you and your relative with a disability is primarily for families, friends and caregivers of people with disabilities. It offers a step by step guide to creating a plan for the future which provides for the safety, security and well being of people with disabilities. A Little Book about PERSON CENTERED PLANNING is a collection of articles by leaders in the field of Person Centered Planning. This book was produced to hopefully help those who facilitate Person Centered Planning to develop their own ideas about how best to use their talents. All Means ALL: An Introduction to Circles, Maps and Paths is the perfect introduction to the three tools and puts the contents of "All My Life's a Circle" . . . into living color. The video is fast paced and creatively produced using excellent music and graphics. All Means ALL focuses on inclusion in the school system across North America, but will be applicable to advocates, people working in human services, human rights, etc. All My Life's a Circle - Using the Tools: Circles, MAPS and PATH captures the essence and spirit of the three tools: Circles, MAPS and PATH and outlines the key points of each. PATH: A Workbook for Planning Positive Possible Futures outlines the Planning Alternative Tomorrows with Hope (PATH) process in depth.
